Due to rapid increase of sugar price in the international market and untimely domestic regulation on sugar market, tail-raising phenomenon appeared in Chinese sugar market. BOABC estimates the sugar price to pick up in September. The price will be decided by global price, sugar cane production, national reserves as well as the import in July and August.

In future market, global sugar price rebounds in last several trade days, while domestic price fluctuates at a high level. Once hedging pressure is released, sugar price will continue to rise.
