Part Five: a professional biogas corporation in eco-industrial park

 

In last issue, we introduced how to design and construct an energy supplier in eco-industrial park. Actually, energy is supplied by a professional biogas corporation.

 

Usually, biogas projects facilitated with large corporations are not flexible, but a professional biogas corporation can solve the problem well by combining biogas projects with small scaled agricultural enterprises at low cost.

 

At present, biogas is used a lot in country. But the capacity in summer is much higher than in winter. Excess gas has to be released. The small-scale production in farmers’ yards can not solve the problem of waste.

 

Also, with urbanization household garbage in rural will increase, due to certain reasons, it has to be disposed in local. But the service is undeveloped: not enough technicians, difficulty in maintaining and troublesome cleaning work. Additionally, low rate of multipurpose utilization is another burning question.

 

A professional biogas corporation has advantages in four aspects: professional, standardized, mass production and industrialization. At the beginning stage, the corporation could ask support from government special fund and the State Torch Plan. At the developing stage, the corporation could produce biogas by collecting agricultural waste and organic waste of agricultural processing in the eco-industrial park. Also, the corporation could cooperate with organic fertilizer factories to reduce operation cost in organic fertilizer production.

 

To enhance the economy value of biogas production, the operators could collect and store biogas in nighttime and use the gas to generate electric power in daytime. In the aspect of using biogas as fuel for internal combustion engine, waste heat can be recovered for heating biogas generating pits to ensure the pits working at temperature 60°C. Also, the waste heat can be used for heating water supplied to farmer households in the park. Biogas powder can efficiently reduce power supply by electricity grid, which is benefit to reducing waste in transmission and saving energy.
